主讲嘉宾简介
周政（Kevin Zheng Zhou）是香港大学经管学院战略与国际商务教授。周教授获得美国维州理工大学（Virginia Tech）市场营销和战略专业的博士学位、清华大学经济学和管理学硕士学位、和清华大学自动控制专业（荣誉）学士学位。
周教授的研究成果发表在Administrative Science Quarterly，Strategic Management Journal，Academy of Management Journal，Journal of Marketing，Journal of International Business Studies，Organization Science等世界顶级学术期刊。周教授现任Asia Pacific Journal of Management 高级编辑，Journal of International Marketing 副主编，和Strategic Management Journal、Journal of International Business Studies 编委。
周教授在美国维州理工大学、香港大学和北卡罗来纳大学的BBA、MBA、IMBA和EMBA课程的竞争战略、国际商务、国际营销、商业研究、营销管理方面拥有丰富的教学经验。他在联邦制药、3M、Riche Monde 和 TCH 等公司拥有丰富的咨询经验。他曾获得了香港大学IMBA教学杰出教师奖。
讲座主要内容
Artists need to develop something novel in order to “surprise” the world and create a unique stream. As Chinese scholars, how can we develop innovation research with “surprise”? In this seminar, I will summarize (1) a unique growth path of an artist, (2) challenges of innovation research in emerging markets, and then (3) propose approaches for Chinese scholars to develop unique innovation research with novel insights.
